MO goes Around the World

Aqua aerobics followed by a shower. Then chair yoga with Elise. She is the female dancer in the cast and leaves tomorrow in Venice. The new cast came aboard in Gran Canaria. Joe and I met the Ken, the trainer of the new group. Nice young man. Was a cast dancer himself in his early years. The company that produces the shows for Azamara and some of the other cruise lines was started and is currently headed by Ryan Stana. Ryan is a “Yinzer” and graduate of Point Park University in Pittsburgh.

The laundry room was busy this morning. I may have said earlier that on of the World Cruiser benefits is free laundry by the ship, but I just can’t bring myself to let someone else launder my clothes.

Lunch, two tables for bridge and blog writing filled the afternoon.

In the evening the group met for a picture of the World and Grand Voyage guests on the pool deck. That was followed by cocktails on the Veranda and a special dinner in the specialty restaurants.

Afterward was the first show by the new cast. It was well done!

Jay and Carrie join us tomorrow along with my brother Jim and his wife Becky. I am excited to see them but not excited about the other 400 people getting on the ship. All good things come to an end.
