Day 10, 11, and 12

Greg the Sky Guy’s shirt today

Water aerobics, bridge, and I finished the Nelson DeMille book. Lunch was BBQ on the Patio. Evening was Tapas Tunes with Tony and Christine. Tony is a former Cruise Director and Hotel Director with Seabourn and Azamara. His claim to fame is being aboard the Seabourn ship that was attacked by Pirates several years ago.

Clocks go back an hour on the 6th and the 8th. That will make the ship GMT +1 I think or six hours ahead of EDT. That will have us making 18 time changes or 18 25-hour days.

Lunch Wednesday was Super Elegant Teatime. Kudos to the F&B staff for keeping the passengers guessing.

Instead of bridge after lunch I chose Corridor bowling.

Fun was had by all and I won! Thanks to my bowling instructor at Purdue those many years ago.

On Wednesday evening we enjoyed dinner in Aqualina with Elizabeth, the Hotel Director. Her position is #2 on the ship. She is German with a wonderful smile and dry sense of humor. She gracefully tolerated Joe speaking Bayerisch.

Port Elizabeth tomorrow for an Overland in South Africa.
