In the Back-to-Back meeting Hotel Director Elisabeth said meal locations would be a scavenger hunt. Today’s lunch was a fabulous seafood buffet in the Discoveries Restaurant. Rumor has it that the ship took on a full compliment of food in Dubai since the order had to be placed before the decision was made to change the itinerary.
Bridge morning and afternoon with laundry in between. One of the perks of the world cruise is a bag of laundry each per week. But stories abound of shrunken, lost and wrong items being delivered. I choose to do my own. There are eight washers and dryers for guests. Detergent is supplied. And the washers are high efficiency so a load takes 25 minutes or less, depending on the cycle.
Thinking we knew more than the average person, Joe and I attended Theme Trivia with Elisabeth. The theme was Germany, her home country. We didn’t fare well. But fun was had!
The evening’s entertainer was Jerry Goodspeed. He is a very talented ventriloquist. His sidekicks are Bernie and Lydia. It was a great show.
