The captain couldn’t get the ship out of Cebu City fast enough for him or the passengers. The ship did its best 17 to 18 km to get to Manila around 6 PM March 19, but was unable to dock and clear immigration until 8:00 PM.
Shuttle buses were available to the Mall of Asia and I went with friends. The mall is three stories and includes an ice rink on the top floor. Lots of walking and exploring.
I’m not a fan of ship’s excursions as they seem expensive for the included tour. Back to the ship to make a plan for tomorrow since the ship’s delay made advance planning difficult.
